Covid-19 Policy Update: You no longer need to show proof of vaccination status or proof of a negative COVID-19 test to take class.

Please do your best to arrive on time for class! We keep our doors open until 15 minutes past class start time, then after 15 minutes class entry is no longer permitted. The door will be locked. If any issues, please email us info@playgroundla.dance

We do recommend booking a few weeks in advance if you can, as our classes do sell out! We are not currently accepting walk ins or cash payments so please make sure sure you do sign up, pay and secure your spot in advance. Thank you! :)

We NO longer offer class packages. As of AUGUST 31st, 2021 all class packages have been deactivated and you will no longer be able to access or use your remaining classes. The class packages are non-refundable at this time. If any issues or questions please email info@playgroundla.dance

All classes are subject to our late cancel/no show policies. Classes are non-refundable/non-transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Classes are to be reserved and paid for in advance to guarantee a spot in class.

  • You have up until 3 hours before class to change or cancel a class.

  • Any changes or cancellations after the 3-hour mark will be considered a "Late Cancel".

  • f you do not change/cancel your class and you do not attend, you will be considered a "No Show". You will be charged for class.

  • Both a "Late Cancel" or "No Show" will result in loss of class.
